FAWN'S FAMILY CAT RESCUE AND LOUNGE LIABILITY WAIVER

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to enter and engage in activities at Fawn's Family Cat Rescue and Lounge (hereinafter referred to as "the Cat Lounge"). In consideration for being allowed access to the Cat Lounge and its facilities, including but not limited to interacting with cats, I agree to release and discharge Fawn's Family Cat Lounge and Rescue, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) that may arise from any injury or damage that I may sustain as a result of my presence or participation in activities at the Cat Lounge.

I understand and acknowledge the following:

1. Risks Associated with Cat Interactions: I am aware that interacting with cats involves inherent risks, including the risk of scratches, bites, or other injuries that may result from the unpredictable behavior of animals.

2. Health and Allergies: I affirm that I do not have any health conditions or allergies that could be aggravated by my interaction with cats. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the Cat Lounge staff of any relevant health concerns.

3. Supervision: I agree to follow all rules and guidelines provided by the Cat Lounge staff and understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the premises.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Fawn's Family Cat Lounge and Rescue, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of my presence or participation in activities at the Cat Lounge.

5. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Cat Lounge staff to seek medical attention on my behalf and agree to be responsible for any associated medical expenses.

6. Children Supervision: If I am bringing a child under the age of 18 to the Cat Lounge, I acknowledge and agree that the supervision and control of the child are my sole responsibility. I understand that Fawn's Family Cat Rescue and Lounge, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for supervising or monitoring my child while on the premises. I will ensure that my child follows all rules and guidelines provided by the Cat Lounge staff, and I release Fawn's Family Cat Rescue and Lounge from any liability related to the actions or behavior of my child.

I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its content and significance.
